Violence Prevention Policy

General

We have a zero tolerance policy for violence and do not accept, tolerate or excuse bullying, harassment, verbally abusive behavior, harmful, disorderly or disrespectful behavior towards our Doctors, teams and patients within our practice.

Zero Tolerance Policy

In light of the conditions in the healthcare industry today and workforce crisis, we count on your support and understanding that our commitment is to the safety of each person.

This policy is in place in order to monitor, prevent or contain a potential threat. We do not tolerate violence or humiliation in any way, shape or form; or any verbal or physical attacks that may put our patients, our Doctors or staff in harm.

These are challenging times for everybody.

Healthcare workers are doing everything humanely possible to accommodate each patient, and to give them timely and best quality health care.
